STEP1
Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to cart
Click “Add to Cart” on each product page to add the product to your cart.
When you have finished selecting the items you wish to purchase, please check the contents of your cart and click “Proceed to Purchase” to proceed to the purchase procedure screen.

Purchase Procedure Screen
Then enter the desired delivery date, payment method, and shipping address information.
If you register as a member, you will be able to skip entering your information next time, making it more convenient for you.
STEP3
Confirmation Screen
Please confirm the contents of your order, including the number of items and quantity you wish to purchase, and delivery information, and if you are satisfied, click “Place Order.
STEP4
Purchase Completion Screen
The “Your order has been accepted” screen will appear and a receipt number will be displayed.
Please note the number. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
Shipping Information
Shipping methods
We will deliver your order by the delivery company designated by us.
Normally, it takes about one week from the time of order to the time of delivery.
*We do not ship on Sundays and holidays.
Delivery may be delayed due to traffic (road) conditions caused by natural disasters, accidents, traffic congestion, etc., bad weather, or extreme weather conditions. Please understand this in advance.
Delivery Costs
We can ship only to the U.S. in International Shipping.

Returns & Exchanges
We will not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after delivery for the customer’s convenience.
Although we take every precaution to ensure that our products are safe, please contact us using the Contact Us form in the following cases.
We will investigate and replace the product with a good one as soon as possible.
- If the product is missing or altered
- If the product you ordered is different from the product you received
- If the product is damaged or stained upon receipt
