Refund policy

In principle, we do not accept exchanges or returns of products sold on this site, except in the case of defects caused by our company’s negligence (defective products, etc.).

In the event that we do not have the desired product in stock, we will issue a refund. In addition, please note that if the exchange or return merchandise is found to be defective or dirty when it arrives at our company, it may be sent back to us as-is, freight collect.

For orders cancelled after order completion but before shipment, we will refund the amount after deducting the settlement fee (3.6%~4.15%) in the case of credit card payment.

For orders cancelled after the product has been shipped, the refund will be the amount of the refund minus the shipping fee.

In the event that an item is returned to this site after being shipped but we are unable to contact the customer due to an unknown address, we will also refund the amount of the payment minus the payment and shipping fees.
